Saseco aims to improve the level of service a company receives from its vendors. Saseco monitors the market and knows the reputation of most vendors so it can advise a company as to which vendor offers the best value for money. Saseco also closely monitors vendors that are utilized by any of its customer companies, both by monitoring conformity to terms of contracts and agreements, but also on qualitative terms through surveys with the staff receiving the services.

Of course, Saseco also has a stronger negotiating position with vendors, as it represents many companies at the same time. In this way, it can use its power to enforce improved levels of service. And if all else fails, Saseco will be responsible to replace a vendor to the benefit of its customers. We do not have any affiliations and we will replace any vendor that under-performs.
